Fantastic Stay with Excellent Service

massive bed spacious room vegan options

I was thrilled with the massive bed in my spacious room it was a real treat. The last-minute dinner was fabulous and catered perfectly for a vegan. All the staff were lovely and very accommodating to every request I had. Breakfast was also included in my stay

I found the staff really friendly and helpful. The room was well-equipped with fresh towels and toiletries. A mini kettle, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and biscuits were also in the room.

The bathroom felt a little tight. I had to sit on the toilet sideways because the towel rail was in the way, so I could not sit straight. Some grouting on the tiles was very discolored.

A Wonderful Stay

clean room friendly staff

The room was clean, and the staff acted friendly. Breakfast proved excellent (the croissants were divine!). I appreciated the central location of the hotel. A private car park located in the town centre seemed like a bonus.

Soundproofing was poor. The noise from local pubs continued into the early hours. the secondary glazing was a cheap effort.

the location WAS good.

the room needed a facelift. soundproofing was bad and i could hear ALL the noise from the bars outside.
